About Our Firm

  

Background

Our firm began almost 30 years ago as Jack H. Jenkins CPA, P.C.,  providing audit services to more than 75 public schools across Oklahoma. Beginning about 20 years ago, as several charter schools became established in Oklahoma City and Tulsa, we recognized a need these schools had for a cost-effective option for their financial accounting processes. As the regulatory environment has steadily become more complex, the need for our expertise in these areas has increased. Our firm now provides services to more than 35 charter and public schools and has become known in the charter school community as the go-to people that new charter schools look to for help in getting established.   

Our Experience

Our partners have over 120 years of combined experience in public school finance as auditors as well as consultants.

Who We Are

Jack H. Jenkins, CPA - Partner

Jack "Jay" has been involved in the public school industry for 30+ years. His experience includes public school auditing, as a treasurer  and payroll clerk for several districts as well as serving as chief financial officer for larger districts.


Jeff Jenkins - Partner

Jeff has been involved in public school auditing and accounting for over 25 years as a specialist in Auditing, Treasury, and Accounts Payable. 


Michael Kemper, CPA - Partner

Michael has been working in the school finance field for over 20 years as an auditor and non-profit tax specialist.


Andrea Fugate - Partner

Andrea  "Andi" has worked in school finance for 15 years as a specialist in Treasury, Federal Programs, and all things Payroll.


Chelesea Chadwick - Partner

Chelesea has worked in school finance for 10 years. She processes accounts payable at several schools, monthly board reports, federal program submissions, and personnel reporting as well as being Office Manager for OCAS and our audit firm, Jenkins and Kemper, CPAs. She has worked 7 years as a part of an audit team with Jenkins and Kemper, CPAs.


Jen Hussin - Consultant

Jen has been with the firm for 8 years. She currently processes payroll and monthly reports for several clients.


Lauren McCain - Consultant

Lauren has been with the firm for 5 years. She currently processes payroll, federal program submissions, and monthly board reports for several clients. 


Dylan Waltman - Consultant

Dylan has been with the firm for 3 years . He currently processes payroll, monthly board reports, and personnel reporting for several clients. 


Amannda Rich - Consultant

Amannda has been with the firm for 3 years . She currently processes payroll, monthly board reports, and personnel reporting for several clients. 


Erika Peterson - Consultant

Erika has been with the firm for almost 2 years . She currently assists with payroll processing and monthly board reports. 


Ismael Ramirez - Consultant

Ismael is a new member of our team assisting with multiple staff accountant duties.


Dominic Her - Consultant

Dominic is a new member of our team assisting with multiple staff accountant duties.
